1. We accept applications for help by phone, and will evaluate a case within 48 hours of receiving accident medical and insurance coverage reports.
2. Based on our evaluation of the case we will provide immediate cash to plaintiffs, not as a loan, but in return for a small interest in the plaintiff's ultimate recovery. We purchase a partial assignment of a small percentage of the proceeds from the plaintiff's future recovery.
3. There are no application fees, no processing fees, no underwriting fees, and no hidden fees. There are no credit checks and no monthly or annual interest fees. Our only criteria is the strength of the case.
4. We do not in, in any way, become involved in the conduct of the case or the litigation. These matters remain strictly between the plaintiff and his or her attorney.
5. Unlike other litigation funding companies, our compensation is not based on a monthly rate and does not increase every month. Ours is not a loan.
6. Our compensation is a fixed percentage of the plaintiff's future recovery (usually no more than 10%), further limited by no more than a dollar amount agreed to by the plaintiff at the time of the assignment.
7. If, for any reason, the case is not successful and there is no recovery, we receive no compensation and the Plaintiff owes us nothing.
8. We do our best to cooperate with attorneys where necessary to effect a successful settlement of the case.
